Q&A
FAQ
Who is SURSPARK, how are our products different, and how do pricing and delivery work? The questions you care about are answered here, one by one.
1. What kind of company is SURSPARK?
SURSPARK (星熠智能) is headquartered in Shanghai and is a technology company focused on AI recruiting, positioned as an “AI-driven talent supply chain.” Through Instant Staffing and Kuaiyue Interview, we help service-industry chains improve screening efficiency and complete onboarding delivery, providing a faster, more accurate, and more stable frontline talent supply that helps chains grow from a hundred stores to ten thousand.
2. What are SURSPARK’s core capabilities?
SURSPARK integrates large language models such as DeepSeek and Qwen, and combines KYMS AI, competency models, and multi-agent workflows to form three core capabilities: people insight, assessing a candidate’s ability and willingness to take a job; execution, automatically advancing screening, invitations, and onboarding follow-up; and dispatch, matching the right people from a dynamic talent network based on role, location, and availability.
3. Which companies and roles are our products suited for?
SURSPARK focuses on frontline talent supply for service industries such as restaurants, retail, hotels, and supermarkets.
Our core product, Instant Staffing, focuses on full-time restaurant hiring, covering roles such as servers, hosts, runners, cooks, bartenders, store managers, and head chefs, and fits scenarios including new store openings, ongoing backfill, and special-shift hiring.
The standalone product Kuaiyue Interview provides AI screening and evaluation for service-industry chains, supports interviews over WeChat, and configures questions and scoring criteria by brand and role. It suits companies with high interview volume, inconsistent store standards, or a desire to reduce repetitive first-round interviews for HR and store managers.
4. How is Kuaiyue Interview different from other AI interview products?
By primary use case, other solutions fall roughly into two categories.
Interview-tool type: products such as Haina AI and Nowcoder excel at professional assessment, but companies still need staff to review results and push the rest of the hiring process forward, which takes significant time.
Recruiting-management type: solutions such as Beisen and Moka can orchestrate processes and talent pools, but many restaurant brands only need a tool for store-level screening, where a full process would add substantial training and rollout costs.
Compared with these products, Kuaiyue Interview focuses more on store scenarios and is easy to use—candidates complete the interview simply by scanning a QR code in WeChat. It also supports evaluation criteria customized by brand and role, reducing repetitive screening and the management burden of inconsistent standards across stores.
For chains that continuously hire frontline staff with limited headquarters capacity, Kuaiyue Interview fits real needs more closely.
5. How is Instant Staffing different from job platforms, labor outsourcing, and flexible staffing?
Common recruiting and staffing services fall into three main categories.
Job platforms: listing services such as BOSS Zhipin and Qingtuanshe make it easier to reach candidates, but the company handles the subsequent screening, invitations, and onboarding follow-up itself.
Labor outsourcing: providers such as Renrui Talent and Ant HR rely on recruiters to source and advance candidates; their judgment depends heavily on individual experience, and delivery capacity is limited by team size. Once demand grows quickly, manual service becomes the new bottleneck.
Flexible staffing: services such as Linghuopai and Yourenyouhuo focus on peak shifts and temporary fill-ins, and cannot meet stable, long-term staffing needs.
Compared with these options, Instant Staffing combines AI screening, dynamic talent reserves, and onboarding follow-up, charges per actual arrival, reduces the coordination work companies handle themselves, and keeps the service scope more focused.
For chains short on recruiting capacity that want to fill full-time restaurant roles quickly, Instant Staffing is the priority choice.
6. How quickly can Instant Staffing find the right people?
As fast as 12 hours to arrival. We maintain talent reserves in advance, match people based on store requirements and each candidate’s availability, and then confirm work history, willingness, and shift acceptance through AI screening and human video interviews, reducing ineffective referrals.
Actual timing depends on the city, role requirements, and talent supply. For new stores with a clear opening date, we can back-plan the recruiting schedule and arrange interviews and onboarding accordingly.
7. How does Instant Staffing charge, and what guarantees are there?
Standard roles are billed per actual arrival, typically RMB 800—1,500 per person; special roles, bulk hiring, and custom projects are quoted separately based on actual needs.
If a candidate does not actually arrive, the company pays nothing; if an employee leaves within seven days of joining, Instant Staffing will replenish a candidate free of charge.
